Privacy policy

THE CLUBHOUSE BAR & GOLF SIM ("we" or "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you send us a message or a private event inquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, event date, group size and message.

To block spam, our forms also record a scrambled code made from your internet address. The code can't be turned back into your address, and we only use it to limit repeated submissions.

When you browse the site, we collect anonymous visitor statistics, such as which pages are viewed, the type of device and browser, and the country a visit comes from. These statistics don't use cookies and don't identify you personally.

How we use it

• To reply to your questions and plan your event
• To keep a record of the inquiries we receive
• To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this website: Vercel (website hosting and visitor statistics), Supabase (database) and an email delivery service that forwards inquiries to us. They handle your information only to provide these services to us. These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

Online simulator and pool table bookings are handled by our booking provider, YourGolfBooking, on its own website and under its own privacy policy. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and for our business records, and then delete them.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Cookies are only used to keep our staff signed in to the website's admin area.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within 30 days.
